May - Pole Sequencing Series

Service Description

This series will help you find and cultivate your own movement style and choreo language with the pole. Using skills complementary to pole fit with guidance of skill transitions and sequencing from your instructor. Using the instructor’s base sequence, you get the opportunity to add and create a more personalized flow that you will then dance it out with either your own music selection or a misc. song from the instructor. This series is done mostly up the pole. *Bring a water bottle <3 * What to Wear: You need skin contact with your legs for some of the moves, please bring shorts, (we do have a restroom you can change in); a tank top or crop top you feel comfortable being upside down in, and barefoot is perfect. Keep in mind the weather outside and plan layers for colder weather with things like a pullover, sweatpants, leg warmers and other items of clothing easily removed. Avoid: Anything with metal; buttons, zippers, rings, watches, jewelry.

Cancellation Policy

We appreciate your understanding that all sales are final. We are a small space and often turn people away in order to hold a spot for you. Therefore, if you can please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel, we would be very grateful. We will accommodate credits for bookings as long as you cancel at least 24 hours before a class or series begins.
