Service Description

This Pole Choreo series teaches low & high beginner skills. Get introduced to upside down pole skills such as inverts and laybacks, new spins, spinning-pole skills, and more! In this progressive series the instructor will lead you in a choreo to music at the end of the series. This series has floor, standing, and on the pole skills. *Bring a Water Bottle What to Wear: Because you need skin contact with your legs for some of the moves, please bring shorts (we do have a restroom you can change in); a tank top or crop top you feel comfortable going upside down in, and barefoot is perfect. Avoid: Anything with metal; buttons, zippers, rings, watches, jewelry.

Cancellation Policy

We appreciate your understanding that all sales are final. We are a small space and often turn people away in order to hold a spot for you. Therefore, if you can please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel, we would be very grateful. We will accommodate credits for bookings as long as you cancel at least 24 hours before a class or series begins.
