May - Intro to Pole Series

Service Description

The perfect place to start pole and get the basic intro pole skills like crucifix, pole sit, fan kick, and climbing. This series progresses as the month goes on, and not only learn pole basics but also get the chance to dance a small piece of choreo before the series is finished! One session is enough to fulfill our prerequisite requirement for our other pole classes and series. Take it once and move on to Pole Sequencing, Polefit, Heelography or Pole Choreo. Or hang out in intro and do it as many times as you like, try new songs and choreography every month. This series has floor, standing and on the pole skills. *Bring a water bottle <3 * What to Wear: You need skin contact with your legs for some of the moves, please bring shorts, (we do have a restroom you can change in); a tank top, and barefoot is perfect. Keep in mind the weather outside and plan layers for colder weather with things like a pullover, sweatpants, leg warmers and other items of clothing easily removed. Avoid: Anything with metal; buttons, zippers, rings, watches, jewelry.

Cancellation Policy

We appreciate your understanding that all sales are final. We are a small space and often turn people away in order to hold a spot for you. Therefore, if you can please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel, we would be very grateful. We will accommodate credits for bookings as long as you cancel at least 24 hours before a class or series begins.
