Service Description
Aerial Hoop is a PERFECT place for TOTAL BEGINNERS to start a journey in aerial fitness because we hang hoops at a variety of heights (low for beginners), and so anyone & everyone can execute simple but rewarding poses just sitting in the hoop on their very first day! 😊💜🔥 We recommend wearing long but comfortable pants (like leggings) to cover the backs of the knees and a shirt you feel comfortable going upside down in.🦄🌈 Have a Leotard? Even better! Barefoot or socks is perfect. We do have a restroom you can change in. Avoid clothes w/ metal buttons and zippers, jewelry, watches and such. *Bring a Water Bottle

Cancellation Policy
We appreciate your understanding that all sales are final. We are a small space and often turn people away in order to hold a spot for you. Therefore, if you can please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel, we would be very grateful. We will accommodate credits for bookings as long as you cancel at least 24 hours before a class or series begins.
