Great for first timers and returning students! Exhilarating classes on fabric apparatuses will take your workouts to new heights (pun intended), and are suitable for all fitness levels! These classes are not just an epic fitness program💪, they will give you a deeper connection with your body and what it can do💗; as well as offer you an opportunity to explore creativity and self-expression! 🦄🌈 What to wear: Ankle-length leggings or yoga pants and a long, fitted shirt that covers the torso to protect the skin from any friction irritation and that you feel comfortable going upside down in. Have a leotard? That's even better. *Bring a Water Bottle Avoid wearing: Anything with zippers, metal buttons, rings, watches/bracelets, anklets, and other such things that could rip or scratch the apparatuses.

Cancellation Policy

We appreciate your understanding that all sales are final. We are a small space and often turn people away in order to hold a spot for you. Therefore, if you can please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel, we would be very grateful. We will accommodate credits for bookings as long as you cancel at least 24 hours before a class or series begins.
