Service Description
Our PoleFit classes are designed to inspire and empower๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฅwomen to be stronger and more courageous through this incredibly fun dance modality! Participants learn pole spins, lifts and holds in this sexy and fun full body workout!๐๐๐ What to Wear: Because you need skin contact with your legs for some of the moves, please bring shorts (we do have a restroom you can change in); a tank top, and barefoot is perfect. *Bring a Water Bottle

Cancelation Policy
We appreciate your understanding that all sales are final. We are a small space and often turn people away in order to hold a spot for you. Therefore, if you can please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel, we would be very grateful. We will accommodate credits for bookings as long as you cancel at least 24 hours before a class or series begins.
