PoleFit / Flying Pole Combo - *Pre-recs*

Service Description

This single session class w/ Instructor & Performer Reegan, involves exercises such as climbing, spins, & inversions using both styles of pole, the original that is connected to both floor and ceiling, and Flying that is connected to a swivel at the top, bottom is not attached to floor allowing for it to be a "flying" pole. Our flying poles are covered in a silicone wrap, allowing both skin and clothing to stick- see "What to wear" below for more. In any type of pole, including flying pole, you often use your skin to create friction, thus sitting or hanging on the pole. Play and learn skills each class that you will get to flow with! 💜💜💜*Bring a Water Bottle* What to wear: You will need skin contact with your legs for some of the moves, please bring shorts, shorter inseams work better, or Bike shorts or for the flying pole leggings/pants that fit very tight, almost like a second skin-we do have a restroom you can change in; a tank top or crop top you feel comfortable inverting in, and barefoot is perfect. Keep in mind the weather outside and plan layers for colder weather with things like a pull over, sweat pants, leg warmers and other items of clothing easily removed. What not to wear: Anything with metal; buttons, zippers, rings, watches, jewelry.
