This month long series is a beautiful blend of fitness, dance, and choreography; meant to help you get in touch with your sexy side! Absolutely no experience is necessary; and all fitness levels are welcome! These series are designed to inspire and empower women to be stronger 💪and more courageous through this incredibly fun dance💃modality! Heels & Knee Pads are encouraged, but we have some loaners of both, and socks will slide just like heels...so don't overthink it when just getting started! *Bring a Water Bottle

Cancellation Policy
We appreciate your understanding that all sales are final. We are a small space and often turn people away in order to hold a spot for you. Therefore, if you can please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel, we would be very grateful. We will accommodate credits for bookings as long as you cancel at least 24 hours before a class or series begins.
