These fun classes are an actionable route to elevated self-confidence and creativity, and will help teens find out what they are truly capable of!🤸Total beginners are absolutely welcome! Suitable for ages 8-14.🌈 What to wear: Ankle-length leggings or yoga pants, and a long, fitted shirt that covers the torso to protect the skin from any friction irritation. Have a leotard? Cancelation Policy

We appreciate your understanding that all sales are final. We are a small space and often turn people away in order to hold a spot for you. Therefore, if you can please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel, we would be very grateful. We will accommodate credits for bookings as long as you cancel at least 24 hours before a class or series begins.
