June 18th - GQA Intro to Pole Workshop

Service Description

Intro to Pole is a great place to dip your toes into the Pole world! We will explore some pole basic and do a small combo to music! What to Wear: Because you need skin contact with your legs for some of the moves, please bring shorts (we do have a restroom you can change in); a tank top, and barefoot is perfect. Avoid clothes w/ metal buttons and zippers, jewelry, watches and such. Also for better grip avoid wearing lotion the day of. *Bring a Water Bottle Avoid wearing: Anything with zippers, metal buttons, rings, watches/bracelets, anklets, and other such things that could rip or scratch the apparatuses. Pro Tip: Avoid using lotion before this class <3

Cancelation Policy

We appreciate your understanding that all sales are final. We are a small space and often turn people away in order to hold a spot for you. Therefore, if you can please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel, we would be very grateful. We will accommodate credits for bookings as long as you cancel at least 24 hours before a class or series begins.
