Service Description

Intro to Pole Series is a great place to dip your toes into the Pole world. This class will be progressive through the month and we will learn and build the skills that will plug together for a little Choreo that we will dance out on our last class of the session. *Bring a Water Bottle We suggest taking this series at least 2-3 times. We want you to be comfortable with the intro skills before moving on <3 We do new Choreo every month to keep things fun! What to Wear: Because you need skin contact with your legs for some of the moves, please bring shorts, (we do have a restroom you can change in); a tank top, and barefoot is perfect. Keep in mind the weather outside and plan layers for colder weather with things like a pull over, sweat pants, leg warmers and other items of clothing easily removed. What not to wear: Anything with metal; buttons, zippers, rings, watches, jewelry.

Cancellation Policy

We appreciate your understanding that all sales are final. We are a small space and often turn people away in order to hold a spot for you. Therefore, if you can please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel, we would be very grateful. We will accommodate credits for bookings as long as you cancel at least 24 hours before a class or series begins.
