Service Description

This pole series is a blend of low beginner skills and high beginner skills laid out as a series so that we can come together and work on a piece of movement over the month. Need to feel confident with intro pole skills such as pole sit, crucifix, basic climb, and other intro skills. Contact with questions. What to Wear: Because you need skin contact with your legs for some of the moves, please bring shorts (we do have a restroom you can change in); a tank top, and barefoot is perfect. *Bring a Water Bottle

Cancellation Policy

We appreciate your understanding that all sales are final. We are a small space and often turn people away in order to hold a spot for you. Therefore, if you can please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel, we would be very grateful. We will accommodate credits for bookings as long as you cancel at least 24 hours before a class or series begins.
