Upbeat Tunes to Move to
Updated: Apr 21
Back when I taught Dance Nation (a hip hop and electronic music based dance fitness class), I had killer playlists which I shared regularly. Currently, the only non-aerial fitness class I am teaching are the semi-private personal training “bootcamps.” but as a dancer and music lover, high energy tunes are still important to me. Therefore, every Thursday in my bootcamps we do a flow with the weights to some bumping, beat heavy tunes. My favorite kind of music is trap music, which is a blend of hip hop and electronic music – yes please!
I figured since it has been years since I shared some of my favorite tunes, you might be in need of some new music to get you moving. Here is my bumping gym playlist. Enjoy!
