I love our 6:45 am HIIT Cirque It class. It's an opportunity to honor the body's biorhythm by creating the endorphins it craves. We get to train our brains to know that we can do anything; that we are so strong; and that we will do whatever it takes. The community support in the group setting helps us push harder to be the person we want to become. But, if you can't make a group class, you can still benefit from a solo HIIT session.
